is seems to be a lot of out of state tags speeding between humps. I have contacted our so call city council rep and requested stop signs at every side street from 71 to South Brook along SB. his response was he is leaving and will pass italong and most likely won't happen cause there has not been any serious accidents.  I responsed " so some ones KID must die before you act? and no surprise NO response.  We all need to email city counsel and request the new person come out here for more than 5 minutes and see just how fast and stupid people drive on SB. I have herad about several cars have been hit and runs long South Brook. You people need to set up obsticals every 100 yards or so by putting cars in street on both sides and look like changing flat or looking under hood. set up camera  or stand there with a camera in hand for several weeks and maybe these windmill run speeders will use290 cause it will be a hassel going thru all the slow downs you create. Also request city counsil member to spent 4 hrs during rush hrs to just really see, and maybe you can get speed humps like SB. there is one new mustang driver who thinks his is impressing people by his loud pipes and speeding between humps. Got pictures and sending them to police.
