Executive Director of Community Relations for the Mayor's office delivered a powerful message to the audience who attended the 2003 Schoolcraft Improvement Association Scholarship Dinner.
The dinner was well attended and included a certificate awarded to college graduates from the program by Commissioner Alisha Bell.
