Be aware that some of the candy distributed last week was discovered to have, yes, steel pins inside them. The small sized candy bars such as 3 Muskateers was found to have needles/pins. Squeeze the wrapper to be sure no air is escaping the wrapper as a test before opening. I'd cut them apart anyway, or have them x-rayed (a local dentist was offering this service for free), or just don't bother with taking a chance and throw it all away.
Too bad there are a few 'bad apples' that would stoop this low as to harm the offspring of this generation. Personally, I find it alarming that I live in a neighborhood with such 'low-lifes'!
