The North Mountain Visitor Center is located on the west side of 7th Street, across from the Pointe??™s golf course and south of the AJ??™s shopping plaza.



We will be discussing:



Finalizing the Block Watch signage



Beginning discussions about painting the Tbird wall west of Central Ave.

Getting city permission for a Shadow Rock Gold Key sign at Central Ave & Tbird.

Determining if there is interest in painting the common walls on the east and west side of Central from Tbird to the preserve.



Update on the graffiti situation ??“ our newly painted Tbird wall has been tagged four times.

Update on Full liquor license requested by Circle K at 7th St. & Coral Gables.

Update on the private street issues with the Gold Key Estates.



Discussion: do we have a problem with the increasing number of homeless ??œliving??? in the vicinity of 7th St. and T-bird?
