Volunteers needed May 10th Painting

Sunday May 4th volunteers for the cleanup and prep work needed for the wall painting started at 9am and worked for about 3 hours clearing the bush, tree limbs, and making headway for the Saturday May 10th painting of the Thunderbird wall west of Central Ave. Those who volunteered were: Jack, Gabe, Linda, and Andy. It was a timely event and the city of Phoenix removed the piles of brush placed on Central Ave.

Gabe and Andy noticed an area of the wall that required some minor maintenance and will provide the repair work on Tuesday morning.

Saturday:
Volunteers are needed for this coming Saturday May 10 at 7am for the painting. If you can please provide your time and some effort to help out, all that??™s needed are warm bodies willing to keep things moving along with the painting. Gabe and Andy have checked the area and contacted Home Depot for the equipment and materials needed. Everything is a go for this Saturday morning so if you can please stop by at 7 and lend a helping hand. This job should require about 3 to 4 hours of work.
