Zoning has made a disicion 2-28-07

Many of you had requested notification from the zoning office about the use permit and should have received the letter dated February 28th indicating that they have made a decision in favor of the Thrift Store located at AJ?’s Center.

The filing of an appeal is required to be at the city zoning office no later the March 15.

Information regarding the decision, stipulations or process for appealing can be obtained by calling the Planning Department at 602-262-7131 (option 6) .

The ShadowRockGoldKey Neighborhood Association is moving forward on the appeal at this time. An effort to keep everyone notified is important to us and we will pass on any information of importance.

At this time, we have heard of or have read emails that contain incorrect information. This may be do to someone?’s wishful thinking of ?“what if?” or ?“maybe?”, but please don?’t pass any rumors or information that isn?’t true to the best of your knowledge. If you have information from a known source that is correct and useful ?– please pass to the rest of us.
