The on going construction is bringing in strangers to our neighborhood. We need to band together and keep an eye out for each others property. We are looking for Block Captains for each block of the neighborhood. Once we have enough names to cover our neighborhood, we will call a meeting for all captains to determine how we will communicate suspicious behavior and report crime.
