Volunteers Needed

Your help is needed! Currently there are almost 400 homes in the association and there are about 10 people who actively participate and make decisions that effect us all. If you would like to help shape this neighborhood, please volunteer. There is sure to be a role that will fit your time availability.
The board is looking for block representatives to help distribute newsletters, directories, and other flyers as needed. This position would require a minimal time commitment. The block representatives will also act as advisors to the board as needed. Block representatives are especially needed in the Vineyards and in the Villas, due to the communal nature of the neighborhoods.
If you have a little more time, the board is also looking for volunteers for multiple committees. There are long and short term committees. Some examples are, the Landscape Committee, which is currently preparing to review proposals for landscaping services and the Pool / Tennis Court Committee, which will be distributing new keys in the spring. There is also a Community Garage Sale Committee which is needed to organize a community-wide sale in the spring, and the Architectural Review Committee, which determines the look of the neighborhood.
If you would like to serve on the board, some terms will be ending in May. Russ Russell, the Vineyards 2 representative is looking for a Vineyards 2 resident to fill his position. The board typically meets one evening a month.
