Suzy Price is always ready to contribute to the association. She is our NGLA representative. When she has been able to attend board meetings, she has a wealth of historical perspective to add. Suzy and her husband, Stephen have placed the locks and clasps on the timer boxes for us. Thank you for your contributions.
Bill Unger has continued to contribute to this community even after leaving the board. Bill did a wonderful job with the pool throughout the summer. And his work with the architectural review committee is never-ending. Bill, thank you for all of your time and energy.
All of the board members deserve a huge thank you. Karla Lipp, thank you for stepping up to be president in the middle of the year, you are doing a wonderful job. Phil Wilhelm, thank you for all of your incredible efforts with the sprinkler issues. Carolyn Dobbins, thank you for being a good neighbor during the drainage problem in the Vineyards II. Polly Patterson, thank you for all of your work to complete the transition of the Villas into the Shores and for hosting all of those board meetings. Russ Russell, thank you for your work in the Vineyards, from brick work to tree selection, you are always willing to help. Floyd Edwards, thank you for joining the board midyear and for all of your work on the drainage issues in the Villas. Everyone put in many hours during 1999 to make this neighborhood better.
Marie Hamling from Countryside Asset Management also needs to be thanked. She took over active management of our account in September. She has been able to rectify many of the problems that we were having during the summer. Things are going much better now. Thank you, you are a true professional.
