Trash Receptacles

The new trash cans have been in our neighborhood for some time now. There are some cans that are being left out in violation of the covenants. If you have difficulties with the new receptacles, contact the sanitation department, they can have it moved for you or replace it with a smaller can.

As a reminder the Architectural Design Review Guidelines read as follows:
Garbage and Refuse. All trash, rubbish, garbage and other waste of any kind shall be stored in closed containers and shall be kept in garages, or said containers shall be screened from public streets, neighboring properties, and all common areas in a manner acceptable to the Committee. All such proposals for the construction of exterior screening shall be submitted as part of a final site plan, and shall be subject to the review of the Committee.
Letters have begun to be sent to houses that do not meet this guideline.
