FRONT ENTRANCE...

Would you have interest in volunteering a Saturday morning to help spruce up the the beds of our front entrance? If you notice I left out the word FLOWER in flower beds because this is my point...we have no flowers. It looks as if our shrubs are a little weak and could use some help as well. There is also another project that needs to be added on the list...as you pass our entrance signs we have fountain grass that has died and has never been replaced with anything else. If we have it in our HOA budget we might could cover the expense of the flowers and miscellaneous items with these funds and just volunteer our time. Let us know what you think.

COMMON AREA....

It seems as though our common area that was recently planted with several smaller palms is on hold? The dead palms were removed but never replaced. Has anyone heard when these palms are going to be replaced?

NEW NEIGHBORS...NEW FRIENDS....

We are so fortunate to have such a great group of people in Sierra Oaks to call neighbors! We need to continue to make it a point to reach out and get to know our NEW neighbors just as well. This attitude is why Sierra Oaks is special...WE are not just neighbors but FRIENDS!
