I'm supremely confused as to why the pool in Sierra Springs "officially" opened on 6/1/13, then for some bizarre reason when I tried to go have a relaxing day off just 10 mins ago, it is CLOSED again????? I called the Spectrum phone number, and was told that it won't open until this coming Sat, 6/8/13 due to no lifeguards, & the community manager Jason, wasnt in the office today to deal with the problem. If that is the case, then why is there a huge sign posted on the gate that reads NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY/ SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK??? I'm well over 18 years of age, and I'm just curious why I can't as an adult go enjoy a swim and get some sun in the community pool that I pay for? There were at least 7 different cars of disappointed residents just hanging out in the parking lot with perplexed and confused faces just like mine. If you're going to change the dates, could you at least have a sign out front explaining why the residents can't go swimming even though it's officially summer and getting hotter by the day. Perhaps more preparation needs to made in order to better serve the residents of this community. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter. -Concerned and frustrated
