Silver Ridge
Silver Ridge is a small community in DeLand is located in Volusia County, Florida, is one of the state’s small town treasures. DeLand is the county seat as well as a college town, with Stetson University’s campus classified as a National Historic District. The downtown, lined with notable gift shops and restaurants, has been recognized as a national Mainstreet program. Special events focus on the arts, history, hospitality and lifestyle.
We have 37 lots/homes in the community. Our neighborhood is conveniently located to great schools, minutes from shopping and a short drive to I-4. Silver Ridge is a wonderful place to raise a family. WELCOME HOME!
