Trash and Garbage Pick-Up

The city of Millington wants you to know that grass clippings and leaves need to be bagged and placed in the grass strip between the road and the sidwalk in front of your home.

Pick up for clippings, leaves and limbs (please, cut into four feet lengths) are on Monday and Thursday.

And remember that your garbage can may be placed out after 7 p.m. the night prior to pick-up and must be off the street by 7 p.m. the next night.

Any trash cans left out and viewed by the city on non-pick up mornings will incur a fine.

Garbage pick up is on Monday and Thursday mornings. There is not a specific time for the pick-up, they may come earlier or later than usual due to circumstances beyond their control.
