Power Washing and Painting to Begin!

June 30, 2008

Power Clean will begin the pressure washing of each unit on Monday, June 30th at 8 a.m. Once the pressure washing is complete Just Wright Painting will follow up with the painting of the shutters and doors.

Power Clean requests that homeowners cover fragile plants and move items away from the vinyl. The crew will not move any furniture, flower pots, etc. It is the responsibility of each homeowner to move or store any personal items. It will be necessary to use the buildings exterior water spigots to complete this project.

Please leave the gate to your fence open/unlocked during the day to allow the crew access to those areas.
