Improvements to your house/yard?

Obtain Maintanence Application

If you want to paint your house (even the same color) or change the landscaping around your house, you should submit a form detailing the improvements to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The forms can be obtained by calling the Community's accounting firm at 303-779-5151. Or, you can print the application from the web link entitled "Maintenance Application".

The ACC will review all requests at these meetings and make every attempt to expedite approval. Please understand that the ACC is acting in your best interest by reviewing all the convenants and county regulations so that any improvements will not cause future problems such as improper drainage.

The ACC also will investigate any complaints made by residents (and residents only) with regard to architectural or landscaping problems. They respond to your complaints (and only residents can have such input) and will investigate when calls/letters are submitted to the community's property management firm, CPMG.
