If you have a formal complaint that you would like the Board to review, please contact the Smoky Ridge Maintenance Association. You can call and/or send a written complaint.

The ACC will investigate any complaints made by residents (and residents only) with regard to architectural or landscaping problems. They respond to your complaints (and only residents can have such input) and will investigate when calls/letters are submitted to the community's property management group, CPMG.
