SKY LAKE SUBDIVISION

WELCOME to SKY LAKE, a subdivision working together to keep a safe, well maintained, and respected place to live. It consists of 563 houses, divided into seven sections, that were built between 1952 and 1967 around a beautiful 36 acre lake.   Many of its residents have lived here for over 20 years or more.

    SKY LAKE  is regulated by a covenant and annual  assessments are collected each year.  The city codes and ordinances are implimented to enhance our property values.

    OUR Homeowners Association includes all property owners as members who elect a Board of Directors, 21 volunteers that are responsible for the business and maintenance of the neighborhood.

    WE are located on the eastern border of Frayser and west of Scenic Hills in Raleigh. You can find us bordered by Range Line Road on the West, Whitney Road on the North, James Road on the South, and the railroad tracks on the East.

    THE Subdivision is surrounded by stores, banks, service stations, fast foods, the expressway, several neighborhood, as well as the chaos and noise of city life.  It is located at the border of  Frayser and  Raleigh.

   HOWEVER, the respect and love for  SKY LAKE  encourages  our owners to be  dedicated and committed to the goals of making  it a great place to live and enjoy.
