The Board would like to use email to improve communication with homeowners for items such as newsletters, reminders, notices, etc. If you have an email address and you would like to receive communication from the board in the form of email, please forward your wishes to Orville Norton via email at OrvNorton@aol.com. Alternatively, you may add your e-mail address in the appropriate place on your assessment card. Orville will compile a list of such homeowners. Also, please remember to update us if your e-mail address changes during the course of the year. The Association will use your email address only to communicate homeowners?’ association business with you. Lastly, this does not mean that all future communications will be handled only by email. We will ensure that everyone receives certain official notices by mail or hand delivery, and that other general information communications are also sent by mail or hand delivery to those who do not wish to receive them by e-mail.
