Please remember that the Association must approve exterior remodeling to your home as well as adding improvements such as fences, decks, and storage buildings. You should make application to the Association at least two weeks in advance of your desired work. An application is attached or you may obtain one by contacting Orville Norton or Ron Sapino. The Homeowners Association's approval is required to insure proposed improvements blend in with the surroundings. When planning a deck or home change, you should also contact Metro Codes to see if a building permit is required.
