Southend United Neighbors

How would you suggest we clean up trash in this neighborhood? The most obvious, of course, is for each person to pick up after him(or her)self and their property. It seems some people are such slobs and have no respect for themselves or others or their property. My personal suggestion is for each resident to pick up all trash and debris on and around their property each day, this includes the street. I would also like to see law enforcement do a crack down on those who litter (especially those who toss their fast food trash on the street) just like they seatbelts.

II agree with the fact every person should be responable for the area around their homes. People need to take pride in their homes and neighborhood. The yard of the month is a very good program, but wea need to do more to make people care. any suggestions on how we can do that?
