First of all, a belated, but none the less, sincere best wishes for a
healthy, happy and prosperous New Year.

The 2000 plans for the Southface and Rockrimmon areas are exciting. Your new board is made up of homeowners who are eager to continue our mission to keep Southface a desirable community for all. All but Bill Baier have had previous experience serving on the board. The roster of directors is printed elsewhere in the newsletter.

In addition to continuing to enforce the covenants, we hope this year to increase our efforts to communicate with our residents, especially new neighbors. A welcome committee is being formed. We are interested in any suggestions for the improvement of our community. Always feel free to contact any of the board members with your ideas or concerns or plan to attend our board meetings, 7:00 pm on the second Thursday of each month at Eagleview Middle School. Help make 2000 a very special year in Southface.
