Covenant Reminders

Remember any plans to change the exterior of your home or lot must be approved by The Architectural Control Committee before beginning the project.

Vehicle Parking
All homeowners are reminded that Section 5.15 (a) of the Covenants prohibits overnight parking of any motor vehicles on any streets within the Community Area. Section 5.15 (b) prohibits parking of boats, trucks, trailers, campers, (on or off supporting vehicles) RVs, towed units, etc. on any streets within the community or within any lot except in a completely enclosed building such as a garage, or unless screened in a manner approved by the Architectural Committee.

Lately, the number of violations of these sections of the Covenants has been increasing. While the Covenant by-laws provide for notifications and fines for consistent violations, we would like to have our residents be self-compliant so we can avoid the unnecessary steps of "policing and fining" within the community. Exterior Painting, Repairs and Roofing
Homeowners who anticipate replacing or repairing their roofs, changing the exterior wall materials or painting the home exterioshould read and comply with Sections 4.5 and 4.6 of the Covenants before committing to any work.

Any changes in types of roofing or colors, or exterior wall materials/color, requires the review and approval of the Architectural Committee. If you have questios please contact Bill Baier 535-9474.

Shed Policy Clarification
The dimensions for acceptable sheds are 10x8x6. This means the sides of the shed may be a maximum of 6 feet high with a maximum height of 8 feet at the peak. Remember, before you add a shed you must get approval from your surrounding neighbors as well as from The Architectural Control Committee. --Bill Baier
