Franklin County - A temporary heating assistance program to help offset the rising cost of home heating expenses.

Please remember to include verification of your income and current heating bill.

.. One-time payment of up to $400 paid directly to the utility company or provider of heating fuel
.. Must have a minor child living in the household
.. Families with income between 165% - 200% of poverty are eligible. (For eligibility
see income limits on the back) Individuals below 165% can apply for help through the Columbus Leads Program and regular PRC program.
.. Complete an application (answer all questions) and return application, a copy
of your current heating bill and your income verifications.
