Pearsall Road Park, Phase I, Update

Instead of sending the revised Phase I proposals to the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board in Jun (as mentioned in the May 15th public meeting), it will not be done until Jul. That way, Parks & Rec will have more complete drawings to show. Even with that delay, parks & Rec still says the construction contract can still be let for bid in Aug, with construction starting in Oct, and completion by Feb.
