October is Computer Learning Month. In recognition of that, Carole Abitz will help any SWCA member get an e-mail address; learn how to e-mail; learn how to do research on the Internet; and learn the local public places with FREE access to computers. (Actually, it?’s not FREE, our taxes pay for it; so why not use it?) You don?’t need your own computer; you don?’t have to beg your kids or grandkids to teach you. Within 15 minutes, Carole can get you set up with e-mail, and leave you with valuable written notes to let you soar! Call 623-4965.
Sat, Oct 25th, is National Make a Difference Day. Can you give some of your time to help? Good SWCA projects are: passing out the SWCA Special Newsletter, litter clean-up, and graffiti paint-over. If you can participate, call 623-4965 to volunteer.
