You must have a permit. Permits cost $15. No more than 3 sales per year at any address (but no more than 1 sale every 3 months) Sale hours restricted between 9AM-6PM, and should not last longer than 2 consecutive days. Code Compliance is vigorously enforcing these rules. Fines range from $50?—$500. For more information call 311.
