Kelly Parkway Corridor Study

Work continues on the Kelly Parkway Corridor Study?—to determine if a new route is needed between US Hwy 90 and state Hwy 16?—to expedite truck traffic to/from Kelly USA. Currently, the preliminary draft Environmental Impact Statement is being developed. The final Statement should be submitted to the federal government in the winter of 2003. The Community Issues Committee is narrowing down its final options?—which includes a ?“no change?” option. Another public meeting will be held in Aug to give everyone the opportunity for input.
