We recently received word from the city that Councilman Martin?’s offer to donate money from District 4?’s discretionary funds to complement SWCA?’s purchase of books for our schools, is not allowed. Therefore, SWCA will move ahead with our book purchases. We anticipate presenting them to the schools at our Jan 27th meeting.
