TX Constitutional Amendment Special Election, Sat, Sep 13th

22 proposed changes to the Texas Constitution will be up for citizen vote on Sat, Sep 13th. Early Voting runs from Thu, Aug 28?—Tue, Sep 9. Because this election was scheduled for Sep instead Nov (as is typical), it is an ?“unfunded mandate?”. Therefore, there are fewer Early Voting sites than in the past?—and none in the southwest part of town. (The closest to our area is Southpark Mall.) However, we have verified that on election day, Sat, Sep 13th, Precinct 1039 will vote at Indian Creek Elem School and Precinct 1061 at Sky Harbour Elem School.
