The following information on crimes within SWCA boundaries, was taken from the SAPD website:

VIOLENT CRIMES - Sexual Assault Against a Child?—Snow Fox; Aggravated Assault w/Deadly Weapon?—Little Creek, Gray Buffalo; Sexual Assault?—Beryl Cove. Another 6 violent crimes were committed in the SAPD service area just north of us.

BURGLARIES - were committed on Beryl Cove, Big Creek, Gavilan, Godek, Gray Buffalo, Indian Sky (2), Loop 410 SW (2), Lubbers Way, Ocean View, Pearsall Road, Port of Call, Port Victoria, Portside (2), Potlatch (2), Prairie Flower (2), Red Sky, Running Horse, Sachem (4), Seven Seas, Trading Post, War Cloud, White Feather, Yacht Harbor, & Yellow Knife. Another 19 burglaries were committed in the SAPD service area just north of us.

VEHICLE THEFTS - from Bowsprit, Five Palms, Indian Desert, Little Creek, Ocean View, Old Sky Harbor, Seven Seas, Sherry, & Stoney Creek. Another 8 vehicles were stolen from the SAPD service area just north of us.

If you follow these statistics, you?’ll see that crime goes in cycles. To stop those cycles, be routine about your security precautions. Keep your eyes open for your neighbors. Keep your eyes open for vehicles not normal for your area; copy license numbers. Let?’s make 2003 a bad year for the crooks, gangs, and trouble-makers.
