This project, originally to have been completed last year, continues to be delayed; now pending the city?’s completion of dredging Davis Lake. The latest word for the Public Works is that all of the permits have been obtained from the US Army Corps of Engineers, the money is still allocated, and they hope to start this project in Aug or Sep ?‘03.
