Councilwoman Pat Lockett-Felder serves District 7 in the Southside of Jacksonville. She serves on the Finance; Personnel; Public Health and Saftey; Reapportionment (Vice Chair) Rules (Chair); Value Adjustment Board. She is also Liaison to : Jacksonville Housing Authority. Councilwoman has been a great community supporter and values the community opinions. Councilwoman Pat Lockett-Felder indeeds addresses the needs of our community.
