Officer Scarborough will assist you on the policies and procedures of the SHADCO as to what it consists of. If you're a concerned citizen and would like to know what is happening in your community; crime stats and general information this is the place to be. By taking an active role in the community you will become knowledgable about your community and will get to know your officers within the community.
