What is happening with the traffic circle and speed bump issued for 1st Street North?

I believe that the approved traffic plan on 1st Street North will be implemented in full soon. I have not been told otherwise.

more specifically...

The approved plan did NOT include a speed bump. However there should be a slightly raised (brick?) crosswalk around 26th Avenue N.
