How do you feel about paying for services that you don't receive? Are you aware that this is what is happening to all of us who are Time Warner Cable subscribers? This company is the ONLY cable company to which the residents of Queens can avail themselves. I feel that it is imperative that I put the pedal to the medal, or more accurately, the finger to the keyboard as I write this letter.Like many of you, my family has been denied access to the ON DEMAND channels for the past few months. So, I called Time Warner Cable. I'm not even going to bore you with the frustrating, time consuming, mentally draining experience it is just to place the call. But what you NEED to know, my fellow Queens brothers and sisters, is that IF YOU DON'T CALL CABLE THEY DON'T GIVE YOU CREDIT FOR THE LACK OF SERVICE PROVIDED. Translation: You are paying for channels which you don't receive. They KNOW you are not receiving these channels.These are services THAT YOU PAY FOR, and yet,you must CALL THEM FOR CREDIT. Here's the number:718-358-0900. Please CALL them. I call every single day that my service is not working. Join me. Make them credit you for the lack of service that they provide. It's your right and your money.Don't let them get away with denying you your services one more moment.
