Do You Know What Area You Live In?

Stetson Hills is currently divided into five areas. These areas have Neighborhood Association representatives who can assist
you with certain issues. These issues can cover a variety of topics such as; what to do about unlicensed vehicles, barking dogs,
and or questions regarding owner?’s responsibilities, such as snow removal, etc?… If these representatives cannot help you or
answer your questions, they can refer you to someone who can. Please refer to page 5 of this newsletter for a list of your
current area representatives. The following is a list of current street names for the Stetson Hills Community, and which area
they reside in.

At the May meeting of the Stetson Hills Neighborhood Association it was voted on and
approved to divide the existing Area 1 to create a new Area 5. This is due to continued
growth in Area 1. Below is a list of the streets that will be included in the new Area 5.
Refer to the Area 1 list above for a revised list of streets that will remain in Area 1.
