Discussed allowing Rosemary to become the Treasurer and allowing Imhaf to become the Vice President. Passed.

Discussed the prospects of keeping the post office box for $19 for six months. We will continue using the post office box.

Discussed the Stetson Neighbor Association complaint. Dated April 2004.

Offered for discussion the Colorado Springs Block Party flier. Information about how to do it.

Colorado Springs Police Department will have a Grand Opening May 27, 2004 2:30 p.m.

Considered donating $100 to the Stetson Hill Elementary School. In the past SHNA has donated $200. Will donate $100.

Discussed raising the Association fee to $12. No action taken.

Planning
Discussed who we can have from Local government to provide people information about growth- City Planning, County Commissioner, City Council member. Next SHNA meeting August 17th, we will also keep it on Tuesdays. Neighborhood garage sale 12th of June. Next meeting Board of Directors meeting June 2nd 2004 7:00pm.

Tuesday August 17th 7:00 pm next full open meeting. Going to ask some one from city planning to attend.

Discussed changing the run time for advertisements in the SHNA newsletter from one newsletter cycle (2 months) to two cycles (4 months). This was passed.

Checking account signature will drop Kevin Ziegler and add Jim Curran. Kevin gave the post office box key to Jim Curran. Rosemary will also have a key.
