Q: With the departure of Hartman Homes, Ltd., we, as a community, have the opportunity to address concerns about any possible damages of public areas (examples: roads, common areas, curbs) by the builder. Remember, any concerns you bring forward need to have merit and documentation to prove responsibility by the builder. If you know of any such issues, submit them here. Please provide a detailed explanation including specific location so that the Board can address this.

R: All of these issues were addressed during the final ?“walkthrough?” with Hartman Homes, Ltd. and ProComm. Hartman Homes, Ltd. agreed to repair the stucco walls and remove construction debris in the lot. However, Hartman Homes, Ltd. did not agree to repair the roads claiming the damage is due to normal wear and tear.
