Dear Homeowners,
Thank you for the overwhelming response to the survey. Seventy-five percent of the community responded to the questionnaire that was sent out with the first community newsletter. We, as Board members, are diligently trying to work with ProComm to address the issues presented in that questionnaire.
By now you should have received information from ProComm concerning the main gate closure. If you have not done so already, please fill out and mail the letter back to ProComm no later than October 25, 2001. The target date for the main gate closure will be the week of November 12, 2001.
On October 9, 2001, Board members completed the final ?“walkthrough?” of the entire Stone Oak Meadows subdivision with representatives from ProComm and Hartman Homes, Ltd. As a result of the ?“walkthrough?”, the following items will be addressed by Hartman Homes, Ltd.:
1. Repairing the front stucco walls at the main entrance to community .
2. Removing the construction debris in the empty lot on View Meadow.
Upon completion of these items, Hartman Homes, Ltd. will be released from further responsibility and involvement in our community, as a whole.
The Board members would like to thank all of those who have volunteered their time and efforts to tackle all the community issues that have arisen thus far. We are always looking for community involvement to better our neighborhood.
