MEETING MINUTES
1. Nineteen households were represented.
2. Julie Scoggins was voted for Secretary/Treasury.
3. Sylvia Castillo volunteered for the Newsletter Committee.
4. Darla Young, from Management Professionals of Texas, the new Home Owner's
Association Manager was introduced.
5. The park playground is completed. The gazebo and landscaping should be
finished soon. Park hours will be posted. Everyone please remember to
clean up after your self and inform George Whitaker of any safety issues.
Officer Bill Campbell had suggested placing a crosswalk by the playground.
This will be investigated.
6. Announced Neighborhood clean up for October is postponed until November.
7. The monthly meeting will be 7:00 PM on October 23rd at George Whitaker's
home.

1. Tom Bonin was elected President. George Whitaker has resigned due to a job promotion, he will still be available to help out with any projects until his move..
2. Discussed improving entrance way garden and replacing broken water sprinkler system.
3 Park update: A bike rack and picnic table will be next to get for the park. The fence next to the park will be replaced also. Children have been riding their roller blades and scooters down the slide and scratching it up. This will eventually tear up the slide and the children will not be able to enjoy the slide until it is repaired. Everyone can help by reminding these children not to do this.
4 Anyone observing illegal acts in the neighborhood should call the police.
