Minutes From April 24th and May 22, 2000 Meetings

1. Officer C. J. James spoke about COP program
2. Announced termination of Pro Comm and hiring of new manager, Leslie Lyons
3. Asked for volunteers for May 6th Clean-up day
4. Asked for participation in newsletter and web-site
5. New lawn maintenance hired
6. Reminded residents to keep the yards mowed front and back
7. Quarterly meeting postponed till June 26th
8. Reminded everyone about Block Party on May 20th

2. Officer Bill Campbell spoke about safety issues and answered questions.
3. Officer Ray Dustin spoke bout auto theft prevention.
4. Leslie Lyons our new Association Manager spoke on Architectural and Deed Restrictions and answered questions from homeowners.
5. Discussed cancellation of additional streetlights.
6. We asked for ideas on what type of structure to build, and landscaping for new park area.
7. Mentioned new Big Wheel Weed-eater bought for association and it's members.
8. We asked everyone to get involved by contributing articles for newsletter, and for people to get involved with our web site.
9. Announced this would be the last public meeting till September.

Minutes From September 25th Quarterly Meeting

MEETING MINUTES

1. Nineteen households were represented.
2. Julie Scoggins was voted for Secretary/Treasury.
3. Sylvia Castillo volunteered for the Newsletter Committee.
4. Darla Young, from Management Professionals of Texas, the new Home Owner's
Association Manager was introduced.
5. The park playground is completed. The gazebo and landscaping should be
finished soon. Park hours will be posted. Everyone please remember to
clean up after your self and inform George Whitaker of any safety issues.
Officer Bill Campbell had suggested placing a crosswalk by the playground.
This will be investigated.
6. Announced Neighborhood clean up for October is postponed until November.
7. The monthly meeting will be 7:00 PM on October 23rd at George Whitaker's
home.

Minutes From Dec 18,2000 Meeting

1. Tom Bonin was elected President. George Whitaker has resigned due to a job promotion, he will still be available to help out with any projects until his move..
2. Discussed improving entrance way garden and replacing broken water sprinkler system.
3 Park update: A bike rack and picnic table will be next to get for the park. The fence next to the park will be replaced also. Children have been riding their roller blades and scooters down the slide and scratching it up. This will eventually tear up the slide and the children will not be able to enjoy the slide until it is repaired. Everyone can help by reminding these children not to do this.
4 Anyone observing illegal acts in the neighborhood should call the police.
