If a homeowner becomes deliquent on dues, parking stickers and the visitor pass may be revoked.
Parking passes and the visitor pass may be replaced. For a free replacement, you must turn in the original sticker or pass. Otherwise, a nominal fee will be assessed.
Vehicles with a parking sticker may park in the white-lined spaces and along the interior curbs.
Vehicles with a visitor pass may park along the interior curbs - not in the white lined parking spaces.
In the neighborhood as well as anywhere in Loudoun County, parking directly in front of a fire hydrant, alongside a yellow curb or in an area designated by a no-parking sign is a towable offense.
If your vehicle is towed, signs are posted at the top of the neighborhood with the towing company contact information.
Parking on the main access road is controlled by Loudoun County. You do not need a parking pass. Availability is first come, first serve.
