Responding to ARC Review Infractions

If you receive an ARC review infraction, please correct the issue(s) and send an email to Patriot Properties indicating the infraction has been remedied.

If Patriot Properties does not receive a response, they will send a follow-up letter indicating that a hearing has been scheduled and your attendance is manadatory. At the hearing you can expect to discuss the infraction, explain why you failed to contact them regarding the infraction(s) or remedy the issue(s). 

If the infraction(s) persist, daily charges can be levied against your home until such time as the infraction(s) is remedied.
