SunMarke Board Report: No updates.
Public Input: Gathered by members:
1. There was a question on what the schedule was for mowing the areas that the HOA has responsibility for; What are the designated areas and what is the schedule? Would it be possible to change the ?“Nature Grass?” to the bluegrass, specifically in the park?
2. Could some picnic tables and benches be added to the park area? Pat and Alan will review and send recommendations to PCMS for discussion.
3. Could the community news letter mention the no soliciting guideline in the community and list some options for signs on personnel property? Could the newsletter also mention the contact information for the Community Watch Program?
4. Does the new landscaping, specifically the wood fence, meet the requirements of the HOA? Would this type of fence be allowed for a residence?
Old Business:
Movie in the park program was discussed. Approximately 60 residences attended the event. Despite some wind, the event was successful and many good comments were received. Costs came in under budget due to a smaller screen being used. Consider incorporating the event with the new clubhouse next year.
Will a guideline for use and pricing be available at the November HOA budget meeting for the new clubhouse? When will it be open for the community?
Is Tony Breglio still interested in participating on the Ad Hoc Committee? Alan will contact him to find out.
New Business:
A recommendation has been made for a horseshoe pit and volleyball net. Alan and Pat will review location when looking at benches and picnic tables.
Next Meeting:
The next meeting will be October 9th, 6PM at 17830 Domingo Drive; the Marshment residence.
