It is a damn shame how elected officials speak from both sides of their months and in many cases have no intention to resolve many of the problems at the grassroots levels. Depending on your color or the color of your money or being green with envy, will dictate how low or how high you will go to get what you want. On the other hand it is worst that some grassroots leaders are so greedy or hungry for power we accept not so good political leadership and lead others to follow our personal agenda's. We will explore methods to determine if someone has more of a personal agenda in mind or the communities interest in mind. Grassroots leadership must become balanced analytical and become skilled in policy and procedures, instead of self serving emotional and greedy allegiances and tactics.
