Community Partnerhsip Breakfast Offers Solutions

The purpose of these quarterly breakfasts serve as an information center, civic and social event, cultural experience, exploring economic possibilities and a political stage for community issues to be discussed or introduced.

Charles X White convened the first breakfasts 10/20/02 at Pentecostal Baptist Church. Our average attendance is 410 people with a high of 800 people. Mayor Bill White is listed as a topic on the agenda of this meeting.


Other service contributions:
Organized Sunnyside Neighborhood Center 1986, the first community and multi agency collaborative in Houston, the center ultimately became what is now serving as the Sunnyside Police Store Front .
Produced the 1st Chocolate Bayou Festival with (Byron Jones & Sandra Hines)
Progenitor of Emergency Evacuation Special Needs Enrollment form on 311 currently used by the city of Houston.
