December is rapidly coming around the corner, and it?’s that time of year again?—time for the Sunrise at College Park Annual Homeowners Association Meeting.
According to our by-laws, our Annual Meeting is held the First Wednesday in December, which this year is December 4th.
The Location has not been set yet, but when it is, you will all be notified by mail from the property management company.
There are 5 positions on the Board, and all are open for nominations each year. Currently our by-laws state that each term is for one year?—with no stipulation as to number of terms held.
To put your name on the ballot, all you have to do is call Peggy Sue Koril at Nobeus, or email her at pskoril@nobeus.com

What does it take to be a board member? It only takes your time and commitment to your a commitment to your community. These are voluntary positions, however, the personal experience is worth the time that you put in?—give it a try :)
I know that I have enjoyed my time on the board this year as your secretary?—it?’s been a fun, rewarding and sometimes challenging experience, certainly worth repeating.
The board meets once a month at the HOA meetings, which are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month. All homeowners are welcomed and in fact, encouraged to attend these meetings. I?’m sure all of us can afford 2 hours a month?—be involved !!
Take the time now and consider running for a board position. New faces and fresh ideas along with new enthusiasm is what keeps the board alive and the community thriving!
