HOA Board Considering Property Management Change

The HOA Board has been soliciting proposals from various Property Management Companies as a possible replacement for Nobeus.

This is due to the many complaints we have had from you, the homeowners, as well as the turnaround we have had in Property Managers with Nobeus?—three in the last 12 months.
With this in consideration, and at the end of our year, the board felt that now was a good time to start looking at other options available to us.

Kevin Sullivan started the ball rolling by contacting several companies, and asking them to send us bids and proposals for their services. Some of those contacted have been delivered, as well as others contacted by the board.

The board is in the research stage, and should have some decision made in the near future as to which direction things will be go.

In the meantime, continue to pay your association dues to Nobeus.
