Hello Dear Master,
Since my last letter to you, I must say you have been a lot better about cleaning up my ?“unmentionables?” around the neighborhood. I really appreciate it and so do our nice neighbors !!
However, when we were out on our walk the other day, I saw one of my buddies?’ owner?’s refusing to clean up after my buddy. The owner even was nasty to the neighbor who asked them clean up after their own pet. That owner was NOT being a good neighbor !!
That wasn?’t a nice thing to do, and I feel sorry for the man that had to clean it up because my friends?’ owner would not do it. Maybe we better tell the HOA board to send that owner a letter and a fine?—what do you think? Arf Arf
Remember, my actions are seen by others, so please do your part to keep our neighborhood a clean and sanitary place to live.
