We have two pickups weekly - one for trash, the other for recycle. We ask that you put your containers out at the end of your driveways no earlier than the NIGHT BEFORE the next morning's pickup day. They are also required to be moved back to either your garage or BEHIND your fence the same day that they are picked up.
Pickup days are
TRASH (Black Barrell) WEDNESDAY MORNING (early morning aroung 9:30 am)
RECYCLE (Blue Barrell) SATURDAY MORNING (Pick very early in the mornings around 7:00 am)
When you move into your new home you should have one or more of the following items:
a) Key to your home
b) Key to the pool (large square head with DO NOT DUPLICATE stamped on it)
c) Key to pedestrian gates (2 in front, one along west wall by Kenwood)
d) Key to your garage door if it does NOT have a builder-supplied garage door opener on it)
e) Key to your Mailbox (small square headed gold key)
f) Remote Garage Door Opener
g) Remote Front Gate Opener
If you did NOT receive these items, please ask your real estate agent or escrow officer for them. If by some chance they are lost, they can be replaced from the Property Manager. Additional remotes for the front gate may be purchased from the Property Manager for $35.00/each. This is the cost for the remote, no profit is made for the association on the price of these.
Gate Access Code Information.
Each home has thier own individual gate access code that may be entered on they kaypad at the gate. These codes were probably picked by the original owner of your home, and it is strongly suggested that you CHANGE that code promptly. Call Jomar and give them your name, address, lot number and the new code that you wish to use. Remember that you must enter the pound sign (#) before your 4 digit number to open the gate.
However, if you wish to keep the same code, you will need to call Jomar to ensure that they have put YOUR name into the computer for the gate. This is important for your visitors.
To have a visitor enter, have them find your name using the Alphabet Scroll keys at the gate entrance. When they select your name, your phone will ring (2 short rings0. After you have ensured you want to let them in, push 9 on your phone and the gate will open.
HOA Dues are due at the 1st of each month. A coupon book is issued during January of each year, which contains 12 coupons to mail to Jomar with your check. You may pay monthly, quarterly or yearly (PRE-PAID ONLY) if you choose. If you are late (over 30 days) you will be acessed a late fee (currently $25.00) and a late notice fee (Currently $10.00) Jomar also has an easy-pay system you can sign up for which takes the payment automatically out of your account each month. The HOA meets MONTHLY on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. The meetings are started at 6:30 PM and are currently held at the POOL AREA.
The HOA Board is elected each year during the DECEMBER annual meeting. If you are interested in becomming a board member, call Jomar or a current board member and ask that your name be added to the ballot for nomination to the board. Please be willing and able to attend ALL meetings. This is a volunteer position and good people are always needed for this job!!!
